Spacious - but quite a distance from the hub of activity Sayulita offers.
The hotel room was spacious (we booked a 2 bedroom suite). The kitchen amenities were adequate - and if we had chosen to, we could have cooked all of our meals in the suite, no problem. There was a table for 6 as well as seating at the kitchen island.
There are very few hotel amenities - no food service, the pool is very, very cold (too cold for children), and the steep hill for access is difficult. The elevator only accomodates 3 people. So for a family of 5 with luggage, it was 3 trips - or takes the stairs. Check-in staff were difficult to locate, and english was not spoken. That presented a challenge for sure.

The grounds were nice but the condo was uncomfortable due to dampness and a chemical odour.
The pool area was nice. The condo was a good size.
The condo was very damp. There was a terrible odour in the condo.
